By accessing or using iSayara, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. باستخدامك لخدمة iSayara، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

2. Service Description 2. وصف الخدمة

iSayara provides a QR-based system allowing individuals to contact a vehicle owner without revealing personal phone numbers. تقدم iSayara نظامًا يعتمد على رمز QR يتيح للأفراد التواصل مع مالك المركبة دون الكشف عن رقم الهاتف الشخصي.

3. User Responsibilities 3. مسؤوليات المستخدم

• Provide accurate information
• تقديم معلومات صحيحة
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• استخدام الخدمة لأغراض قانونية فقط
• Not misuse QR codes for harassment or spam
• عدم إساءة استخدام رموز QR للمضايقة أو الإزعاج

4. Emergency Disclaimer 4. إخلاء المسؤولية للطوارئ

iSayara is not an emergency service. We do not guarantee immediate responses or notification delivery. iSayara ليست خدمة طوارئ ولا نضمن الاستجابة الفورية أو تسليم الإشعارات.

Do not rely on iSayara for critical or life-threatening situations. لا تعتمد على iSayara في الحالات الحرجة أو المهددة للحياة.

5. Limitation of Liability 5. تحديد المسؤولية

• We are not liable for missed or delayed notifications
• لسنا مسؤولين عن الإشعارات المفقودة أو المتأخرة
• We are not responsible for misuse by third parties
• لسنا مسؤولين عن سوء الاستخدام من قبل أطراف أخرى
• Service is provided "as is" without warranties
